Evaluation
For all clients, I provide a thorough diagnostic evaluation and assessment over two or more sessions resulting in a holistic treatment plan.

Medication Management
If medication is part of your treatment plan, we will meet periodically to manage and monitor your prescription(s). I also have experience helping clients discontinue medications safely and strategically, if appropriate.

Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is an important part of mental health and addiction treatment. I provide psychotherapy with or without medication management. If you already have a therapist and just need medication management, I can collaborate with your therapist to ensure a cohesive treatment plan.
